Min 2) 50 Double Unders

Min 3) 7 DB DL + 5 Hang Power Cleans + 3 DB Jerks

Min 4) 15 Sit-ups or GHD Sit-ups

Min 5) 25′ HS Walk or 3 Wall Walks

Min 6) Rest

*Recommended weight on DB 40/30, but feel free to try heavier
This was a tough week so use tomorrow to keep a steady rate throughout the EMOM. Choose movements you can do with controlled HR and just focus on moving smoothly through the EMOM.
