**Fitness alternative sub Power Cleans for 15/12 Cal Row or Bike

Scale:

Power Cleans w/ Hang Power Cleans or DB Hang Power Cleans

Push-ups w/ HR Push-ups or Push-ups using Barbell soured to rig

Always opt to scale reps too. You can reduce reps to 10/15/20 to keep movement steady during the AMRAP.
