Be aggressive on your pacing but don’t necessarily sprint. You have the minute of rest after each round to allow a quick reset. Try to attack each set of 2 rounds the same and keep transitions smooth. Each single round should be about :45-1:00 maybe faster. So approximately 1:30-2:00 per 2 rounds.
