Peak 180 – Peak Class Workout

What you will see this week and the upcoming weeks during the Open (starting March 11th) are lower impact days on Thursday since we will be doing Open workouts on Friday’s. This Friday we are doing an old Open workout to get you use to the format you will see over the next few weeks.
