Max Reps @ 95%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 min AMRAP:

Run 100m

5 Front Squats (135/95)

12 Push-ups
Scale: 95/65

Metcon (Time)

after 3 min rest….

6 min to complete the same amount of rounds and reps as you did in the first metcon
If you fail to beat the time cap, put in the notes the amount of work completed. This will repeat in a few weeks after a front squat cycle.
