Build to the following rep shceme:

Sets 1-3: 3 reps @ 85-90%

Sets 4-5: 2 reps @ 95%

*Learn to create tension before you take the bar from the floor. Remove the slack in the barbell and drive through the heels keeping your back flat for the full range of movement. Do not chase weight and comprimise that technique.

*EMOM perform 4 burpees

Scale 10 BMU with 12 C2B or 15 Pull-ups

This is a high volume of Box Jumps so scale height to move through them at a decent clip.
