Almost every year the open ends with a Thruster workout. Let’s start building up our capacity with thrusters and attach them to some complex movement.

Min 1-3: 4 Thrusters (115/75)

Min 4-6: 3 Thrusters (135/95)

Min 7-8: 2 Thrusters (155/105)

Min 9-10: 1 Thruster (175/115)

Scale: Weight so you can gradually increase. Think ahead for your adjustments.
