Peak 180 – Group Class

Similar to last Thursday, we are getting the body ready for Friday night lights. The workout today will focus on some body building in the first part followed by a lower impact style WOD without the barbell or heavy gymnastics. Something you can move fluidly (scale to move).

Part A.

Metcon (Weight)

5 Sets:

5 Bench Press (building)

immediately into…

5 Strict Pull-ups (w/ 3 sec eccentric)

Rest 2 min between sets

*Record Bench Press
*Use the Pull-ups as an opportunity to focus on developing pulling strength. Eccentrics are really effective in developing a pull-up.


Metcon (Time)

10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

10 DB Snatch (50/35)

20 Weighted abmat Sit-ups
