Peak 180 – Group Class

We are going to be doing a live class together tomorrow via zoom meeting. All you will need to do in advance is download the zoom application on your computer or phone using the following link:

We will be sending you group login and password tomorrow morning at 9:10am via the Members only Facebook page.

9:10am – Zoom link will be sent out
9:15am – Group Warm-up will start
9:30am – Workout will start

Coach Dale will be using his computer as a clock that we will all be able to see to keep track of the workout time.
