*Minutes 4-6 you will return to the Air Squats/Rows and minutes 6-8 back to the Push-ups and Sit-ups. Continue this pattern until 16:00 minutes or when you’ve completed 8 rounds of the 2:00 AMRAPs.

*Score will be total reps

*For rows use any weights object (45/25), scale weight if needed (ex: Dumbbell, Kettlebell, backpack)

*Scale Push-ups with kneeling push-ups
