14 air squats

12 dumbbell hang clean and jerk

10 push-ups

*No dumbbell? Substitute clean and jerk with american kettlebell swings, or plate ground to overhead (12 reps).

Part B.

4 sets:

:45 plank

:15 rest

:20 max V-ups or tuck-ins
