Warm-up

20 Mountain Climbers

5 Push-ups to down dog

10 Lizard w/ a twist (5 per side)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Four 5 min AMRAPs

(1 minute rest between each AMRAP):

200m Run

10 Burpees

10 Alt Jumping Lunges

Scale:

Jumping Lunges w/ Reverse Lunges

*Start each round with the Run

*each 100m count as a rep, complete the 200m = 2 reps

*If it rains, sub run for 50 Mountain Climbers
Goal: 3-4 rounds per AMRAP. More important is consistency.
