*Using two Dumbbells today, use a weight you can complete the rep range unbroken. You should have at least 30-45sec rest on the run and roughly 1min on the DB superset. Good RX weight would be M: 40-50lbs W: 25-35lbs
If rain, 15/12 Cal bike instead of the 200m Run, so pray for rain I guess…
