Yesterday was alot of movement with the barbell, today we are taking away barbell and focus is on body weight.

20 GHD or Medball Sit-ups (20/14)

*Try and scale to a smaller height, 20″, 12″ or stack plates to a height you feel confident hitting consistently.
put in notes what you decided to do for the sit-up portion of the workout

with a partner:

3 Rounds each:

(0:20 on / :10 off)

Banded Pulldowns

DB Floor Press
choose a weight you can move well on the press (i.e. 30/20, maybe 35/25). Switch after each partner completes all three rounds
