Back to work after a nice Labor Day weekend. We are going to finish out the week with some varied focus and plan to start some strength cycles next week. The Open is coming in October so expect some conditioning and testing to begin dialing in our training.

8 Tempo DB Floor Press (3 sec eccentric)

rest 1:30-2:00 between sets
This design is as hard as you make it. If you choose the right weight on the front Squat, 3 reps should be tough and even more importantly with the tempo press, weight is critical in controlling the 3 sec down phase.
