This Part A is a tune up for the Open, focusing on Barbell conditioning work combined with a technical gymnastics movement. Don’t worry as much about reps or weight, focus on quality and build off that instead.

Toes to Bar
Fitness (alternative to Performance)
RKB Swings (53/35)
Single Arm DB Push Press (50/35)
