This is a complex couplet so make sure to either scale weight, reps or movement (or a combination of both). For example, scale Squat Snatch with Front Squats or OHS and pull-ups maybe with ring rows increasing the rep scheme for the ring rows. Use the coaches guidance to scale enough to keep the same objective as RX version. This is meant to be an “Open” style workout.
