Every 2 min perform a set of Bench, right after each set perform 6-8 Supinated Wide Grip Pull-ups

Alt. Slow negatives from Pull-up. Jump up and come down slow for 3-4 reps

*option to wear HR monitor tomorrow, focus on trying to maintain heart rate….consistency is key!!!
