Perform 6 Power Cleans at 65% of your 1RM
Focusing on Barbell conditioning so a lot comes into play. Focus on body positioning and weight balance as you pull the barbell from the floor on each rep and look for the “weightlessness” after the 2nd pull. Barbell conditioning wods from the Open (20.1, 20.4) make this type of training important to improve on moving the barbell with speed.
