Power Clean (1RM)

E2MOM x 12min to build to a 1RM Power Clean. We built to 85-90% last week. You should be building each set, so by the 5th or 6th set you should be at or close to max.

Performance

1 Rd of DB “DT” per arm (50/35)

*Rest 2 min after each round.

DT:

12 DB DL

9 DB Hang Power Cleans

6 DB Push Jerks

*Perform a full round of DT on one arm, then on the opposite arm to complete each round.
