EMOM x 8 min perform 4 Deadlifts at 60% of your 1RM. I know we haven’t tested a 1RM Deadlift in awhile, but this is a high volume of reps with small periods of rest so choose a weight that is challenging, but allows for a period of rest before the next minute.
