“Death by Sit-ups”

Every 2:00 until failure:

Buy-in: 14 Body Weight Alternating Reverse Lunges

Right into 12 sit-ups

RX+ 10 Pistol Squats (Instead of Lunges)

*Add 2 Sit-ups every round until failure. So first 2:00 perform 14 Reverse Lunge Buy-in and then 12 Sit-ups, then next 2:00 perform 14 Reverse Lunges and 14 Sit-ups…….

*Once you finish the Sit-ups in each 2:00 window you get to rest in the remaining time.

*Your score is the rounds you complete

*Workout cap at the round of 30 sit-ups
