10 Russian DB or KB swings

:20/:20 wall triceps stretch

:20 deep squat hold

*practice 8-20 reps of snatch/kettlebell swing after warm-up

4 rounds for time:

6-8-10

DB snatch – alternating

Front rack reverse lunge

*workout will go as follows: 6 DB snatch (3 each arm), 6 reverse lunges (3 each leg), 8 DB snatch, 8 reverse lunges, 10 DB snatch, 10 reverse lunges…repeat this 4 times

*substitute DB snatch for american kettlebell swings or plate ground to overhead

*scale weighted reverse lunges with bodyweight reverse lunges
