Peak 180 – Peak Class Workout
Every 2:00 x 6 Rounds
perform 3 Temp Back Squats. The tempo will be 3 sec down, 3 sec at the bottom and 3 seconds up.
*Build each set. Focus is not on weight but more on form and keeping tension at the bottom position.
Goal: Holding this tempo will force our body to adapt to quality positioning and will get us stronger at regualar tempo squatting.
