w/ 3 sec Iso/bottom

*Build to heavy
Although you are building to a heavy 3 reps, focus is still on position and driving up out of the bottom position after a 3 sec hold without recruiting your back.

Hang Power Cleans

*Perform 20 wall balls after each set of Power Cleans
