EMOM x 18 Mins (6 Rounds):

Min 1) 10 DB Push Jerks

Min 2) 10 Toes To Bar

Min 3) 10 Burpees

RX 50/35 (2 DB’s)

Scaling:

DB Push Jerk

-Weight

Toes To Bar

-Reps (# of reps you can complete unbroken)

-Knees To Elbows

-Knee Raises

Burpees

-7 Reps
Goal:

Unbroken on DB Push Jerks and Toes To Bar. Lets’s scale to a weight(DB) and a rep range(TTB) in order to do so.

Only scale the burpees if you cannot complete the 10 Burpees by the :30 mark. Don’t be lazy!

3 Sets:

:20 Side Plank (R)

10 Banded Dead Bugs (10x Side)

:20 Side Plank (L)

10 Toe Touches

-Rest As Needed Between Sets-
If you can’t hold the Side Plank for the full :20 then try to hold it as long as you can.

We will be using either a Red or Blue band for the Banded Dead Bugs.
