Peak 180 – Peak Class Workout

There will be TWO Indoor Classes for Thanksgiving Day. One at 8:00AM and one at 9:15AM. Classes will be capped at 18 athletes, so be sure to reserve your spot ASAP!

In Teams of 3:

2 Mins On/2 Mins Off

Until Completion

300 Cal Row

300 Push-Ups

300 Air Squats

*120 Plate Ground To Overhead

RX 45/35

Scaling:

Push-Ups

-Kneeling

Plate Ground To Overhead

-Weight

*Once ONE of the movements is completed, the 120 Plate Ground To Overhead will take place of that component. Two teammates will continue to work on the other two movements.

Once TWO of the movements are completed, one partner will continue to chip away at that movement while the other two also chip away at the 120 Plate Ground To Overhead(Synchronized).

All 3 partners will be working and resting at the same time.

– For example:

Partner 1 will start on the Row, partner 2 will start on the Push-Ups and partner 3 will start on the Air Squats. Once the 2:00 work period is done, you will rotate stations during the 2:00 rest period. You will continue this pattern until you accumulate 300 reps each of the Row, Push-Ups, and Air Squats as well as the 120 Plate Ground To Overhead.
Please wipe down Rowers during rest period!

Goal:

Have fun and eat a bunch of food later!
