The goal here is a bit of active recovery to flush out some of the soreness from Monday, but more improtantly try and stay at 85%-90% effort for all 4 rounds

Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

DB Snatch (50/35)

Burpees and Box Jumps (may take a bit longer time wise) and either DB Hang Snatch or American KB Swings
