min 2-4: 125 Double Unders

Scale: 400/350m Row

and 150 Single Unders
Goal: Finish row with 10-20 seconds to spare, keep heart rate elevated during min 2-4 with either double unders or singles. If singles allow for too much recovery , try DB hop overs instead (40-50 reps)
