15/12 Cal Row

15 Pull-ups

2) 4 Rounds:

15/12 Cal Bike

15 DB Deadlifts (50/35)

3) 4 Rounds:

15 Burpee

15 Wallball (20/14)

*Goal is to finish each one under the 10 min time cap to earn extra rest

*additional 2 min rest after the 10 min period. If you finish before the 10 min time cap, you get additional rest plus the 2 min.
