then…

Max Reps of:

10 Deadlifts

10 Hang Power Cleans

10 Front Squats

RX: 135/95

RX+: 155/105

Scale: 115/75

*4 min rest after each round
Choose a weight on the barbell that you can move well for completing at least 1 round. A good scale if you are not comfortable with the barbell would be using dbs. You want to try and push on the barbell, especially with the 4 min rest….

Fitness (alternative to Performance)

Metcon (No Measure)

4 Rounds (4 min per round)

“Buy-in” 30 Air Squats and 8 Burpees

then…

Rd 1: 20/17 Cal Bike

Rd 2: 30/22 Cal Run

Rd 3: 25/20 Cal Ski

Rd 4: Repeat your slowest round

*4 min rest between rounds
Complete each component under the time cap. Scale reps if needed. If your slowest round for example was on the Run, repeat that component for the last round.
