-Single Arm DB Hang Clean and Jerks (double the reps each round so 6 = 12 reps or 6 per side, increasing DB weight each section)
The goal is to complete each section under the 8 minute time cap, earning additional rest plus the set 2 minutes of rest between each section. Choose weight you can move without having to rest long between reps and of course scale the double under reps if you have the movement, but not in that quantity close to unbroken each time you start them.
