Capacity Wednesday! The one word we should be thinking about throughout today’s workout is pace. Learning to control our breathing throughout will be the key. Given the duration of the workout, you will be better off starting with a more conservative pace, and adjusting to a faster pace in rounds 2 or 3. Use today as a chance to gauge your own current work capacity and ability to pace yourself.

:30/:30 wall calf stretch

:30/:30 samson stretch

:20 hollow rocks or hollow hold

100m jog (pick up pace across rounds 1-3)


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP x 25 minutes

600m run

100 double unders or 200 single unders

*score will be number of rounds completed

*if I complete 4 full rounds and make it 400m into your next run, your score will be 4+400
