The main focus is the barbell cycling today. That being said, it is not necessary to sprint on either of the rows. We are focusing on barbell cycling, as well as transitions. So go at a pace on the first row that allows you to get off and grab the barbell immediately. We expect about 2:00 of working time and about 2:00 of resting time.
Goal:
Quick transitions and solid barbell cycling. Unbroken/TnG on Power Snatches.
Aim to have ATLEAST 1-1:30 of rest. Scale weight and calories appropriately.
