Peak 180 – Group Class

Open Gym is now available to members 10:30am-12pm M/W/F. Take advantage if you want to put in some extra work during hours classes are not taking place!

The new mobility class will be taking place at 10:30 am Sunday


Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 Rounds:

0:20 on / 1:40 off

Max Cal Bike

4 Rounds:

0:30 on / 1:30 off

Max Cal Row

4 Rounds:

0:40 on / 1:20 off

Max Wallball

4 Rounds:

1:00 on / 1:00 off

Max Double Unders

*1 min rest between each section to transition. Know where you are going so you can maximize rest.
This is a good conditioning WOD with shorter intervals of work on the Bike and Rowers. The goal on the Wallball should be as little rest as possible during the work period. Double Unders if you have them will be challenging to maximize reps in the 1:00 but also an opportunity to work on them again as this is the third week we’ve programmed them in similar format.
