What Our Gym Offers


Group classes lasting 45-60 minutes. Classes start with a Dynamic warm-up and technique review followed by workouts that focus on strength, endurance and speed. Any level from beginners to more experienced members find these classes to be fun and challenging, leaving everyday feeling accomplished and more fit than the day before.


Taking place at 5:30am, Peak Express is a 30 minute workout focusing on cardio, body weight and light Dumbbell/Kettlebell movements. The class is designed for those looking to squeeze a fast high-intensity workout into their busy schedules.


Classes designed for our younger generation, ages 13-17 years old. These classes last 30 minutes and include review of movement followed by workouts lasting anywhere from 15-20 minutes of high intensity training. These workouts are great for the younger generation, getting them off the couch and into fitness at an early age!


Taking place on Sunday’s, these classes are highly beneficial for recover in order to get back to training each week. Our bodies break down after tough workouts and in order to remain healthy and injury free, mobility plays a major role. Classes last 20-30 minutes and include stretching and light mobility work to repair and strengthen our major and minor muscles that work hard to keep us fit.


Taking place every Saturday at 10am. Classes include a review of the major Olympic Lifts, Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Peak Oly offers members a great opportunity to improve on the major lifts in a more focused setting.

Beginners Package

Looking to get into CrossFit, but not sure if you’re ready for the group classes? Our beginners package is for you. This package includes ($100) includes 4 one-on-one sessions (lasting 45 min-1 hour) with a Peak 180 Coach. These sessions allow for greater communication between you and your Coach. Throughout these sessions, you will be taught the various movements and terminology used in our everyday classes, along with a workout at the end of each session. Our beginners package will leave you feeling confident and prepared when heading into the group setting.

1 on 1 Training

Interested in working with a Peak 180 Coach in a 1 on 1 setting? These sessions allow for a more hands on/individualized approach to training. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our Sweat and Peak 180 classes. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss and begin gaining lean muscle mass.

We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

Next Gen

Working with our next generation of CrossFit Athletes, Peak 180 is the only facility in Syosset offering CrossFit Kids classes. Focusing on ages 7-12 years old, kids will learn fitness and proper form to keep them safe and active in these pivotal development years.
