Group classes lasting 45-60 minutes. These classes provide functional fitness workouts that focus on movement, strength, and endurance. These classes are for any and all people, beginner to advanced. Peak Group Classes are both fun and challenging, leaving you feeling accomplished, confident, and prepared for anything in life.
Looking to get into CrossFit, but not sure if you’re ready for the group classes? Our beginners package is for you. This package includes includes 4 one-on-one sessions (lasting 45 min-1 hour) with a Peak 180 Coach. These sessions allow for greater communication between you and your Coach. Throughout these sessions, you will be taught the various movements and terminology used in our everyday classes, along with a workout at the end of each session. 50 minutes of training focusing on cardio vascular strength and resistance training using primarily Kettlebells, Dumbbells and Bodyweight movements. Great for experienced members, as well as members looking to stay healthy and build capacity and strength.
Taking place every Saturday Morning. These have a focus on skill and movement development for the Olympic Lifts. Peak Olympic Lifting provides the opportunity to improve your major lifts in a controlled setting!

Working with our next generation of CrossFit Athletes, Peak 180 is the only facility in Syosset offering CrossFit Kids classes. Focusing on ages 7-12 years old, kids will learn fitness and proper form to keep them safe and active in these pivotal development years.
